Are my health logs secure and HIPAA compliant?

Absolutely. HealthPulseLog adheres to HIPAA security requirements. All data in transit and at rest is protected with AES-256 encryption. We never share metrics with insurers.

Can I export logs to show my doctor?

Yes. You can filter data for custom dates (e.g. past 30 days) and export high-definition PDF summaries. These include resting baselines, average blood pressure metrics, and heart rate variability averages.
